This disclosure is only made available for the official "Inspike srl" website and is not valid for any websites which may be accessd via any subsequent links. Furthermore, this disclosure is inspired by Recommendation number 2/2001 which the European authorities for the protection of personal data, integrated into section / article 29 of the European directive number 95/46/CE, adopted on the 17th May 2001, which was stipulated in order to lay down some of the minimum requisites or guidelines for the collection of any personal data on-line, and, in particular regarding the methods, the access times, duration as well as the kind of information obtained and that the owners of those collecting any such information must consequently make available to any users when they are connected to a web page, independently of any motive for access to the page in question.

Any access or consulting this website can lead to the collection of information relating to persons who have been or may be identified. The "data processor" for the information gathered is the legal representative of the aforesaid company.
The Data Processor
As laid out in the disclosure of section / article 13, paragraph1 - letter "f" of the legislative Decree number 196 dated 30th June 2003, "When the "data controller" has more than one designated "data processor", at least one of these must be indicated, as well as how and where the communication network may be easily accessed or the methods by which it may be accessed to ascertain an updated list of information concerning the names of the "data controllers". In order to comply with this norm, an updated list of "data controllers" will be made available by sending an e-mail request to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org in order to receive the aforementioned list.
Place of Data Processing
Any data obtained via connections to the website and its services are carried out on the "data controllers" worksite and will only be used by those technicians situated in the office responsible for handling the aforesaid data, or by those technicians responsible for occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from information obtained on the website will be disclosed or distributed to any other third parties apart from those mentioned. Any personal data supplied by those users making requests relative to the supply of any information or services will only be used or divulged to fulfill the service or carry out the request without being divulged to any other third parties. THE NATURE OF THE DATA COLLECTED

Unless information or data is required to ascertain responsibility of attempted or real damage, the information collected on our website regarding contact information and other is deleted after no more than seven days.
Data or information supplied voluntarily by the user
Any additional useful personal data sent or supplied voluntarily by e-mail to the e-mail addresses indicated on our website, signifies the subsequent acquisition of the e-mail address of the sender, necessary in order to be able to send a reply to their request, as well as giving any additional information and any personal data included in the message. It must be pointed out that any personal data and / or information pertaining to their company included in the form present on the "www.inspike.co" website, are safeguarded and protected by "Inspike srl" and are only used in order to reply to the requests presented by the user, to supply the information required, or to contact the user regarding the services offered or for eventual sales promotions and / or offers.
Option for supply of personal data
Apart from the information specified regarding data acquired during browsing, the user is free to provide the personal data contained in the request forms to "Inspike srl". The supply of personal data is subject to the subsequent consent and authorization of the use of such information necessary to be able to supply the services or information required to be offered. Failure to supply this consent or the subsequent withdrawal of this consent will involve the cancellation of the request and the consequent cancellation of any services offered by our website.
The Purposes and Methods of Data Processing
Any personal data is processed by our automated IT equipment and is only stored for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Specific security measures such as firewalls are used and kept under observation to prevent any loss or the distribution of such data, the illegal or incorrect use of the data and any unauthorized access to the data by third parties. We wish to inform you that in order to provide a complete service, our website may contain links to other websites operated by other owners or hosts. We cannot therefore accept responsibility for any errors contained in these links, their contents, any cookies, eventual immoral or pornographic content, any advertising, in the form of banners or any other files, such as malware or viruses, trojans, etc. which may be accidently downloaded from these websites or that do not comply with current regulations and the Data Protection Law in sites not managed by us to which you may be referred to.
Communication or disclosure of Data
Any personal data provided may also be disclosed or communicated to: "Public bodies or organizations in compliance with the laws, regulations and legislation, or transferred overseas prior to consent and within those limits laid down in sections / articles 42 and 43 of Legislative Decree no. 196."
Rights of interested parties
"Those users who supply any personal data have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy or request its integration, completion or updating, or correction in part or in its entirety" (section / article 7 of the Legislative Decree. n.196/2003 - quoted in full).
Pursuant to this article, the user shall have the right to request the cancellation, the transformation into an anonymous form or the blocking of any data acquired or processed unlawfully, and to oppose in any case, for any legitimate reasons provided, the disclosure or distribution of this information. The request should be submitted by the user to the "data processor" using the references mentioned above (via e-mail or fax).
In relation to the treatment of the data described above, the user may exercise the rights under section / article 7 of the Legislative Decree number 196/2003, of which we give the full text below:
- A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exists, regardless of whether or not it has already been recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.
- A data subject shall have the right to be informed:
- of the source of the personal data;
- of the purposes and methods of processing the data;
- of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means;
- of the identification data concerning the data controller, data processors and the representative(s) designated as per Section 5, paragraph 2);
- of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the state's territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
- A data subject shall have the following rights:
- to obtain updating, rectification or, where interested therein, the integration or completion of any data;
- to obtain erasure, to render anonymous or the blocking of data which may have been processed unlawfully, including data the retention of which is unnecessary for the purposes for which it has been collected or subsequently processed;
- to obtain certification to the effect that the operations as per letters (a) and (b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities of whom or which the data was communicated or distributed, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
- A data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
